MULTI PURPOSE ACID CLEANER
DESCRIPTION :
UPS F. 120 is a specially formulated, nightly concentrated acid type cleaner and rust remover recommended for use in poultry processing plants for cleaning hooks, shackles and trolleys, blood tunnels, concentrated and tile floors pickling pipe and other surfaces. Brightens and restores conventional and stainless steel equipment and utensils.
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES :
A safe replacement for dangeruos muaritic acid. Cleans and protect metals. Specially inhibitor help prevent rust. Ideal for porous or on porous surfaces, such as concentrate, tile, metals. Neutralizes alkaline film biuldups in blood tunnels, concentrate floors, walls. Cleans and brigtens, hooks, shackle sand trolleys. Cleans light rust from coils, tubing pipes, etc. concentrated for economy of application.
APPLICATION :
For general cleaning, to 4 ounces per gallon of water is recommended as a maintenance solution depending on severity of cleaning task. Neglected equipment and surfaces will require a stronger solution, such as 1 to 3. After initial cleaning, the maintenance doses of 2 to 4 ounces per gallon of water should be sufficient.
